We are a small friendly club for runners of all abilities (and those with wider interests)
With some 90 members, we are one of the few clubs in the UK targeted at
Women/Men over 35
(we welcome pre-vets at 30 but they are not able to compete in veteran only events)

The club was formed in September 1989 by some of the veteran members of the then Bromley Ladies AC. It has grown to its present size with roughly equal numbers of men and women. We have a full range of ages and standards. Anyone is welcome to come along and have a go.
