Despite the threat of sleet/rain, it was a dry morning with sunny intervals but a very strong cold wind for the race. The group of 32 runners included several newer BVAC members who successfully ran their first 10 mile race in preparation for the The Big Half (half marathon) in March. Congratulations to them, and to Gavin Kitchingham and Emma D'Almeida for being the fastest male and female, respectively, of the BVAC members taking part.
