The Orpington 10K saw a number of BVAC runners taking up their places on the start line (and some even took part in the aerobic warm-up!). There were 458 finishers in the adult run. It's quite a challenging race with some steep climbs through forest land and a long haul up the A21 to finish. On home turf, Mike Aboussalem led home the BVAC contingent and Chris Young second in the Female O45 section.
