BVAC Handicap run - 03 May 2022

The second event of the 2022 BVAC Summer Handicap series saw 28 members taking part on a fine, but cool May evening.
This month, points are awarded in two categories:
1. The usual place points, starting at 30 for a win, 29 for second, down to the minimum of 5 which everyone scores for completing a race.
2. Bonus points depend on how close a runner gets to their PB this season: 100% (ie, equalling or improving a PB) scores 12: over 99% scores 11, and so on, down to 90%, which scores 2.
Well done to Mathew Stevens for crossing the finish line first, and to Debbie Connor for gaining the most points  in May. The May results can be seen here.
After two events, Victoria Legge is just in the lead on 60 points, with Simon Cowie in second (57 points) and Mark John third (54 points). The Shircol table can be seen here.
